First Day of BEU DAAD Study Visit.
A group of students of Baku Engineering University from Finance
department have visited Philipps University Marburg with Dr.Fuzuli Aliyev,
head of the department, with the support from DAAD.
Mr. Mohammad Farzanagen and Mr. Fisher warmly greeted the group and informed them about the university, faculties and library. Then students participated in lectures about Corruption and Demographics of MENA countries which are lectured by Dr. Mohammad Farzanegan. He cited about negative impacts of corruption on economic development, investment and doing business and also changes in demographics and fertility rate in MENA countries and its effect on their national economy.

During the day students walked around Marburg city and are
informed about architecture and churches of the city.
The city of Marburg and Philipps University Marburg have
formed great deal of excitement on students. They are thanking to Dr. Farzanagen,
Mr. Fisher for their hospitality and DAAD for encouraging the educational and
cultural relations between Germany and Azerbaijan.
